DRB Group’s business approach includes 2 primary models, Fee Building where we act as a General Contractor and Close at Certificate of Occupancy where we build the community on our balance sheet and deliver homes upon completion. We select one of these models while working with the project owner to determine what works best for their needs. While it is preferred to use product from our current portfolio we have built and continue to build site specific product.
